Circlesongs  are a form of a capella singing in which someone conducts a circle of  singers, assigning them a melodical loop, or a rhythmic or harmonic part, and improvising on top of it. Bobby McFerrin made this way of  singing famous and it is now spreading throughout Europe, bringing  together beginners as well as accomplished singers, for a unique collective experience.

This  workshop offers a discovery of this universe. You won’t necessarily conduct and improvise in the center of the circle, nor will you learn  all the tricks. You can just enjoy the music, play and explore rhythm,  harmony, listening, human and vocal cohesion. 

A  good sense of rhythm and experience in polyphonic singing are  recommended (but not required) to fully enjoy the experience. Whatever  your level, it is likely that you will get out of…
